It's almost sad that Julia helped me buy my forever home because I would buy/sell 9 million homes over again to continue working with her. Julia takes all the stress and questioning out of the process which just leaves room for excitement and happiness. Some realtors go the extra mile, Julia goes the extra marathon.

Julia is a one-of-a-kind realtor! She helped us find a wonderful home during our move from California to Texas, and was there for us at every step of the way. She was our biggest advocate throughout the process, was always accessible, and put in 110% effort. There were quite a few moving parts throughout the process given we opted to do some renovations and repairs - she is a fantastic communicator when it came to recommending and seeing through projects performed both inside and outside the home by contractors, electricians, HVAC, handymen, and stucco specialists. Julia certainly had our best interest at heart at all times - we are so grateful for her support and hard work. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends!

Being first-time home buyers moving to another state, we needed someone that was real, up-front, and wasn’t afraid to be up for the challenge. We had an initial call to get a feel for the market, what our financial options were, going over every possible road block being that we lived in another state at the time, and set expectations between us all to ensure the process go as smoothly as possible. I remember after that initial call with Julia, I said to my husband “I like her! Her vibe was good, I didn’t get any fake attitude, she seems straight up, on our page, and we all had the same expectations so I know communication will be great!” Sure enough my intuition was right! As time went on we learned more about Julia and what a great personality she has! Just a real, spunky, and positive person. Nothing but positive vibes. I know people say that you shouldn’t make a big decision without exploring all your options or to not put all your eggs in one basket. So we were upfront with Julia and let her know that we had a couple other realtors to speak to before we decided on who would be the chosen one for us. So we spoke to other realtors just to test the waters. But, lets be real, I had already made my mind up about Julia because of her positive vibe and personality alone haha. Julia was really communicative with us even before we let her know we decided to hire her on as our realtor. The fact that she sent us homes based on what we had discussed during our initial call, she gave her honest opinion, and she wasn’t scared by our opinions and how picky we were with every home. So to narrow down homes and not waste time on homes that did not offer what we were looking for and needed, she advised us to come up with a list of non-negotiable qualities in a home, to figure out how much we were willing to spend, and look at areas with good schools for our daughter. (Even though Julia had already looked at districts for us lol). This really helped a lot because we were spending time looking at homes that had one thing and not the other. We spent a whole few weeks sending homes back and forth before we even set up a virtual tour with her, meaning she would go view the property and while she was there she would FaceTime us so we could see the home as well. She would take pictures of every home, give her honest opinion on the condition of the home and whether or not it would meet the qualities we were looking for. You know, sometimes pictures can be deceiving right? After searching for homes we came across a home that had everything we wanted (except for our pool, insider between Julia and I haha). We did a virtual tour and were pleased with the home! So we put in an offer which was accepted, but long story short, it fell through. So the search continued, naturally. We had 5 homes to view in one day!!! Yes, Julia came through for us once again! But just as we are viewing these 5 homes, the home we put an offer in came back asking if we were still interested. So of course we still viewed the 5 homes we set appointments for, to have options (We didn’t want to put all of our eggs in one basket). We liked the homes, but they didn’t quite impress us if that makes sense. Julia felt the same way. Just like any other time, we were all on the same page! (Love) So long story short again, we decided the initial home we put an offer in was the home for us! So we continued on with the process. We took a trip to Texas as a family to view the home in person and Julia was there early waiting to show us the home! She spent the weekend showing us the home, taking measurements, pictures, communicating, and even took us out to lunch for some good ole Texas BBQ! Needless to say, it was a lengthy process, but now we’re here! You would think that Julia’s role would have stopped at closing right?! Nope. Think again! Julia has been the real MVP in all this! She took on overseeing EVERYTHING after closing as well. She went out of her way to look at items in-store for us, was open for late night calls (still), stayed in constant communication, never made us feel like we were a bother to her, and gave really great advice as a fellow homeowner herself. She went on vacation and made sure she had someone step in for a few days, but even then she was checking in and communicating with us from a whole other country! Did I mention she was able to do ALL of this while being pregnant!! (Congrats to her!) You’d think that pregnancy would’ve made her grouchy, rude, or too tired to function. Nope! She was such a great realtor to us! We honestly couldn’t have prayed for a better realtor. (Yes, I said prayed because although it is exciting to buy a home, let alone your first home, the unknown is also scary and stressful). She will make sure everything is done fairly, you will never have to question her integrity or commitment to you as a person or client!
